My favorite part about being a Realtor is getting to help people make the best real estate decision for them. I love sharing my expertise, experiences and advice to make the process go as smoothly as possible and it's important that you feel comfortable the whole way through. Making someone happy and knowing that I've made their life even just a little easier is one of the best rewards I get from being a Realtor.

Being born, raised and educated in Pennsylvania with a teacher and small business owner for parents, I understand that success comes from hard work, passion and an entrepreneurial spirit. However, it all means nothing without compassion, integrity and trust. Having lived in DC for more than eight years (with many more to come), every day I think, "Wow, I get to live here." I love dining out at the endless list of fantastic restaurants, sampling the latest microbrew on a rooftop bar, cheering for my favorite college football teams, playing kickball with amazing friends, learning about culture and history at the plethora of museums and just walking around this eclectic city. 

As a full-service regional Realtor, licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.

Residential Single Family
– My residential single-family services connect buyers with sellers every day and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients.

Condominiums and Co-ops – While condominiums and cooperatives are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating these homes and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.
